Day 0: Preparation
Specialising in delivering extraordinary money-can’t-buy experiences, Swiss travel specialists Le Bureau have recently launched their new “Le Bureau International Golf Series 2012”. The Series features six golf trips offering some of the most exotic, luxurious and downright cool golf experiences known to man.
The first trip called “Handicap on Track” is about to get underway in the 5* Victoria Tivoli Resort in Villamoura, Portugal starting on March 24 and finishing on March 31. With five rounds of golf and close supervision of Graham Kaye, the former Swiss national golf team coach, this is going to be an intense golf practice week promising to bring any “Handicap on Track”.
Dominique Rey and Mencia de Rivoire from Le Bureau have arrived in Portugal today to make sure all is well prepared ahead of their clients´ arrival. Apart from checking the restaurants in town, driving ranges, pro shops and guest rooms which all seem to have passed their careful inspection they managed to nip out on the golf course as well to … rather than play golf pick up some oranges growing on the trees lining the fairways. Dominique said: “It has been such a long, cold winter and these lovely orange fellas are just the right thing one needs to charge the batteries and re-fuel with some vitamin C ahead of a great coaching week.”
The group of nine clients as well as the esteemed coach Graham Kaye are arriving tomorrow and that´s when the real fun starts. The golf courses (apart from the lovely oranges) seem to be in a great condition even though they will be running very fast as there have only been three rainy days since the start of the year.
We will be bringing you some exclusive insider information so that you can judge for yourself how it feels to be looked after to the highest standard and how much fun you can have while making a difference to your golf game.
